The Wellbeing Challenge Registration Form
Mental health is an essential component of overall well-being and promoting mental health awareness is crucial for fostering supportive and inclusive communities; and the workplace plays a significant role in shaping individuals’ mental health, and prioritizing mental health in the workplace leads to improved employee well-being, productivity, and overall organizational success.
World Mental Health Day serves as an opportunity to raise awareness, promote understanding, and advocate for policies and initiatives that support mental health and well-being for all. This year, the theme for World Mental Health Day is “It is Time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace,” a call to action for organizations and communities to recognize and support the mental health needs of employees.
In alignment with this theme, we are excited to introduce a special initiative: the Wellbeing Challenge. This 10-day challenge, starting on September 22nd, 2024, is designed to engage employees in activities that promote the Five Ways to Wellbeing—Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Give, and Take Notice. The challenge is a unique opportunity for your organization to encourage employees to take proactive steps towards their mental well-being while fostering a supportive and connected workplace culture.
